To answer this question I first have to say that I often find it difficult to obey authority figures who I feel are not justified in terms of the ways they lead others. Yet, I strongly agree that we all need leadership but leaders should be chosen democratically and their methods should be open to public critique. I am inspired by young people engaged in entrepreneurship. Most of the challenges that has besieged the world today can be laid at the doorstep of poverty especially in developing economies.
